Product and service comparison
Baere offers a number of ways to access our resources. We can offer you a flat-fee retainer with a statement of work, a standard contract with funding gates, a per hour rate, or a package quote with ala carte options. We also offer discounts for educational institutions and small businesses.
Flat Fee - If you would like to be able to pick up the phone and ask a complicated question or have someone to run data to ground without worrying about repeated invoices or keeping track of minutes, this may be the best option for you.
Working with your specific needs and requirements, Baere will prepare a flat-fee statement of work fully describing what services will be provided, how invoicing will be submitted and not-to-exceed parameters.
Examples of items that your statement of work might include:
Liaison activities with government, industrial, and academic organizations
Representatative attendance at professional, technical and informational meetings
Preparation of white papers on data
Phone access for technical questions
Document review
Meeting facilitation
Per hour - For single, well defined projects with a relatively clear time requirement, you may find that a straight per hour contract is best for you.
Contracts will be prepared with a fully described statement of work and not to exceed parameters.
Standard hourly rates are $200/hour for technical activities and $150/hour plus expenses for meeting attendance and training.
Reduced rates are available for educational institutions.
Examples of projects that are well suited for a per hour contracts
Failure analysis, data collection, data review
Single meeting attendance
Low frequency telephone support
Ala Carte Packages - When preparing a quote, developing a budget or preparing for a project, it is useful to be able to pick and choose tasks and activities that support your project. In that case, an ala carte package with a variety of services tailored to your needs with expected timelines and costs is going to be the best choice for you.
